I AM STRESSED OUT! I FEEL LIKE I AM IN A RUT, WHERE I DO THE SAME THING, EVERY DAY. I GET UP, GO TO WORK, COME HOME, EAT DINNER, VEG IN FRONT OF THE TV, GO TO BED, REPEAT. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE NOTHING THAT REALLY EXCITES ME ANYMORE. I USED TO HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS AND EVEN PLAYED SPORTS, BUT NOW I AM JUST… BLAH. I JUST HAVE NO ENERGY FOR ANYTHING ELSE. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR SOMEONE WHO IS DEEP IN THE RUT OF LIFE AND DOES NOT HAVE THE ENERGY TO CLIMB OUT?
