We have talked on this blog before about the importance of a healthy diet and lifestyle. For many, that includes drinking diet sodas, as opposed to the full sugar counterparts. Well, research is starting to take a look at the artificial sweeteners that we are using, such as aspartame, and they are finding that they may have a detrimental effect on our bodies.
