One of my main professional and personal goals is to help people improve their lives and meet their goals. To meet our goals and improve our life, we need to make changes. Unfortunately, we often respond to the idea of change with a dangerous and limiting word — Can’t.
We tell ourselves that we can’t change this part of our life, or that we can’t accomplish this goal. And when we tell ourselves that we can’t, we tend to use that as a rationale, an excuse, to stop or not even try.
